Masks and Faces

With the stillness of water
Mirrors every face we hide
Wear it in any manner
Each blink opens a new sight

The disturbing breathe of breeze
Cripples the calmness in the air
When the face comes to rest
The mask still exist

Trembles will the earth
Masks and faces will collide
Both will burn in fire
Within our very eyes

From ashes to shadows
Feelings learn to become
When you can wear them both
Masks and faces as one.

Realization

“We have loved, lied upon, hurt, and betrayed. Then we move on either to the next love or to the next life if we did not get to survive love. However, we can also choose to either exile ourselves into solitude to preserve the dignity we have left or we can learn how to betray, hurt, lie, and then love once more.”

Ashes of Heaven

In this rotten world we’re in
Strangers we have been
We’ve found treasures within
Friends we’ve never seen

Strangers we used to fight
To make this world small
Of selfishness and might
Until as friends we crawl

Friends we do good deeds
To conserve our loves soul
Such when we were kids
We think nothing at all.
